Prices are subject to HST and may change. All brands are subject to store availability; if a specific brand is out of stock, SVCC will provide alternative options.
A minimum of 75 adult guests (19+) is required for an open bar package; if this requirement is not met, only a consumption-based bar option will be available.
For safety, wine bottles will be removed after dinner, with wine available by the glass at the bar
CONSUMPTION BAR
Set-up and Bartender fee – $300 for all types of bars
All drinks are complimentary for guests.
The bartender will maintain a tab for all consumed drinks.
Drink prices vary based on brand —please refer to the cash bar price list.
A $500 pre-authorization is required.
The bar balance must be paid in full at the end of the event.
DRINK TICKETS
$9 per ticket (excludes Premium Liquor).
Guests must present tickets for complimentary drinks.
Prepaid tickets are provided by the venue. Once tickets run out, event organizers can pay for
extra tickets, or drinks can be purchased with cash or a card.
CASH BAR

All drinks are available for purchase, and guests can pay by card or cash.
